1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CloudPipe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
2Description of Service
CloudPipe is a neutral remote file transfer platform that fetches files from remote sources and transfers them to your connected cloud storage account. CloudPipe does not monitor, control, or take responsibility for the content users choose to transfer. We provide the infrastructure for the efficient movement of data requested by the user.
3User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring all content you download complies with applicable copyright laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You must not use CloudPipe to download or distribute content you do not have the legal right to access. CloudPipe reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
4Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact support@cloudpipe.app with your account email and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. No refunds are issued after the 3-day window except at our sole discretion.
5Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
6DMCA and Copyright Policy
CloudPipe respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content transferred through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@cloudpipe.app including identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief. We will respond to valid notices within 48 hours.
7Privacy and Data
We collect only your email address and usage statistics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Files are deleted from our servers immediately after transfer to your cloud storage. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
8Service Availability
CloudPipe is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudPipe and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation.
