1Introduction
CloudPipe Inc ("we," "us," or "our") operates cloudpipe.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Effective Date: January 1, 2026.
2Information We Collect
We collect your email address and full name when you sign in with Google OAuth. We also collect usage data, including the number of jobs submitted, file sizes, and your subscription plan. We do not collect or store the content of the files you transfer. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
3How We Use Your Information
We use your information to identify your account, provide the Service, enforce plan limits, and prevent abuse. We also use it to send important service updates and billing notifications. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4Google OAuth and Drive Access
When you connect your Google account, we request only the `drive.file` permission scope, which allows us to upload files you specifically request. We cannot read, modify, or delete any existing files in your Google Drive. Your Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in our secure database.
5Payment Information
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your credit card details. LemonSqueezy's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
6Data Retention
Account data is retained until you request deletion. Job history is automatically deleted after 30 days. Temporary files on our servers are deleted immediately after the transfer to your cloud storage is complete. We never retain the content of your transferred files.
7Cookies
We use essential session cookies only for authentication and maintaining your login state. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics cookies.
8Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for our secure database and authentication infrastructure. We use LemonSqueezy for payment processing. We use Google APIs for cloud storage integration. Each of these services maintains their own privacy practices and security standards.
9Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption. Sensitive tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES encryption. We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure to protect against unauthorized access.
10Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data at any time. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@cloudpipe.app. We will process all deletion requests within 7 days. You can also disconnect your Google account at any time from your Google account security settings.
11Children's Privacy
CloudPipe is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
